These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cruise Control Chrome extension ("the extension") and related services. By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms.
Cruise Control is a Chrome browser extension that automates scrolling between short-form videos on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels. YouTube Shorts functionality is provided free of charge. Access to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels requires an active Pro subscription.
Pro subscriptions are offered on a monthly ($3.49/month) or annual ($9.99/year) basis. Payments are processed by Freemius, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Freemius customer portal linked in your purchase email.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the extension on your own devices. You may not sublicense, resell, or share your subscription with others.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension's license validation. You agree not to use the extension in any way that violates the terms of service of the platforms it operates on.
Platform websites (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) may update their interfaces at any time, which can temporarily break extension functionality. We aim to restore compatibility promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will work on all devices, browsers, or platform configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
